The Direcotorate of Health & Social Services is launching three new centers in further areas of Lebanon to
cover additional deprived regions with adequate medical services and
primary health care.
The new centers have been established in the following regions:

Chebaa Medical Center. Opening will be held on Friday, December 5, 2006 after noontime prayer
- Minyeh Medical Center. Opening will be held on Sunday, December 17, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. (North Lebanon)
- Haddadeen Medical Center. Opening will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. (Tripoli)
The centers will consist of a pediatrician, general practitioner,
gynecologist, dentist and social worker. Neverthless, vaccination,
medication and screening services will be provided. However, patients
in seek of diagnostic services (Lab, X-ray) will be referred to the
nearest main center provided in the region (e.g. Tripoli in North
Lebanon).
